Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Healthcare subsidy programs are designed to reduce the financial burden of healthcare costs on low-income families. In Wase LGA, Plateau State, various government and private sector initiatives have provided subsidies for essential healthcare services to promote better health outcomes and improve economic productivity.
